OR Circulator RN

Position Summary

The OR Circulator RN is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care within their scope of practice. This position entails managing the nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of the nursing department’s management.

Work Schedule

• Shift Options: 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts (start time is variable)
• Weekend Requirement: On-call only from 5pm Friday to 7am Monday
• On-Call Requirement: 6-8 shifts per month, including weekends
• Holiday Requirement: 2 holidays per year, rotating annually
• Floating Requirements: May float to procedural areas (such as pain management and interventional radiology)

Minimum Requirements

• Nursing degree
• RN compact or Kansas license
• Ability to obtain BLS and ACLS certification upon hire
• Entry-level position; new graduates are welcome to apply
