David Gibson

Co-Founder | CFO

David L. Gibson is a seasoned senior medical group executive with expertise at the intersection of strategy, patient services, growth, complex operations, revenue enhancement, compliance, and cost management. He brings strong financial and people skills to the table, honed over decades of experience in the healthcare industry.

Over his 25-year legacy as CEO of Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care, David was instrumental in expanding the company from a small podiatric practice into one of the largest in the country. Under his guidance, the company grew internally from 8 to 19 podiatrists, expanding its footprint across Greater Cincinnati. He oversaw a threefold increase in revenues, all the while maintaining high patient satisfaction. David also negotiated and completed CFAC’s inclusion in the two largest, regional ACOs, securing preferential referrals from primary care physicians.

David’s prior experience includes serving as the COO of Community Orthodontic Care, where he was responsible for process development, implementation, and improvement to assure high levels of patient satisfaction and strong financial performance. During his tenure, patient numbers and revenues increased significantly, reflecting his exceptional leadership and business acumen. David is a CPA-certified professional and holds a Summa Cum Laude B.S. in Accounting from Franklin University.
