Job Description:

This role involves performing utilization review and discharge planning for all inpatients at an acute care hospital. Candidates must have substantial acute care hospital experience, with a minimum of 3 years in inpatient, acute care settings or case management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct utilization review for all inpatients.
• Oversee and execute discharge planning.
• Work shifts 5 days per week; 8-hour days with specific start and end times.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in inpatient, acute care hospital environment or case management.
• Utilization review and discharge planning experience is essential.
• Hold BLS Certification.
• Previous travel experience is highly desirable.
