Senior Manager Home Health

Job Description

The Senior Manager of Home Health is responsible for the day-to-day management and administrative operations of a healthcare unit or assigned area. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, processing staff timecards, overseeing new hire readiness, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.

General Duties

• Manage daily staff administration, including staff development, education, and corrective actions.
• Plan and implement nursing schedules, policies, procedures, and services.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and retain clinical staff.
• Ensure staff are current with competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and annual training.
• Demonstrate leadership through performance evaluations and coaching to foster a culture of learning.

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Current RN license.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday work may be required as needed.

Location
