Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a permanent position in an outpatient urgent care setting. The role includes providing professional nursing care to clinic patients while following established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring quality patient care outcomes.
• Accept accountability and apply competent clinical knowledge effectively.
• Utilize independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and delegated healthcare providers.
• Assess and interpret patient data, identifying each patient’s requirements based on age-specific needs.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Kansas or compact required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
• Outpatient clinic experience is highly preferred.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
