Job Description:

Experienced Physical Therapist needed for outpatient services, responsible for providing therapeutic services to a variety of patient demographics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30 with 12-13 visits per day
• Perform case management and fall risk assessments

Requirements:

• 1+ years of PT experience
• Proficiency in managing a wide range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care and non-surgical interventions
