Job Description:

Experienced Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient setting working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Must manage an active patient caseload of 25-30 with 12-13 visits per day. Professional dress code is business casual.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse patient caseload and provide physical therapy services to patients with conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, back pain (post-operative), fractures, and more.
• Perform case management and fall risk assessments using NextGen system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates will not be considered.
• Experience with ortho cases, including but not limited to disc herniation, osteoarthritis, total joint replacement, and rotator cuff repair (post-operative care).
