Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a mix of outpatient and acute care therapy to patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions. This role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients with varying diagnoses.
• Document patient progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-management strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with facility policies.

Work Schedule

This position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Options include schedules from Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Oregon (application in process acceptable).
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Experience in orthopedic conditions, with a strong foundation in both outpatient and acute care settings.

Additional Information

This role is primarily based in an outpatient physical therapy clinic located within an athletic club, with responsibilities covering both outpatient orthopedic care and acute medical floors. The patient load will consist of approximately 75% acute care cases and 25% outpatient treatments.
