Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN-OR)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in the Operating Room to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in level 1 trauma, neuro, and vascular procedures, demonstrating high competency on the skills checklist. This role will require flexibility to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients’ conditions before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Utilize technology effectively, including familiarity with Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in a level 1 trauma environment is essential.
• Proven competency in neuro and vascular procedures.
• Ability to access required applications and software on personal electronic devices.
