Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and Telemetry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in telemetry and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours per week
• Shifts: 3 days (12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend and holiday

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care strategies.
• Effectively communicate with medical staff regarding patient status and care needs.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 3 years of experience in MedSurg and Telemetry nursing.
• Experience with MediTech preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location

Position available in a facility located in Massachusetts.
