Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a MedSurg / Telemetry position. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both medical-surgical care and telemetry, with the ability to handle varying patient acuity and ratios effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg and telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document all nursing assessments and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Float to multiple locations within the region as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg nursing, with telemetry experience preferred.
• Critical Care RN candidates will be considered if they are fluent in managing MedSurg ratios and acuity.
• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact state at the time of application.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records is preferred.

Location

Position available in Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
