Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a specialization in MedSurg and Telemetry. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.

Schedule

This position is for day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and requires commitment to work 24 hours, which includes every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MedSurg and Telemetry within an acute care setting.
• BLS certification is required.
• Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Meditech is highly preferred.

Location

This position is located in a facility in Massachusetts.
