Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in MedSurg and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in EMR.
• May float to multiple locations within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg and Telemetry.
• 1 year of recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• EMR experience preferred, particularly with Cerner.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
• Must provide a skills checklist and NURSYS report for license verification.
• Availability to include requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission.

Location

This position may require the candidate to work at multiple locations, including Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
