Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients in a family medicine clinic setting. This includes assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans based on diverse factors, including physical, psychological, cultural, and educational considerations.

General Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational factors.
• Review patient history and collaborate with patients/families to ensure thorough documentation within designated timeframes.
• Analyze available information from healthcare team members, including diagnostics and laboratory data, and communicate abnormal results to the appropriate personnel.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive plan of care, ensuring it is tailored to specific patient requirements and aligned with medical plans.
• Set realistic and measurable goals for patient outcomes in conjunction with the patient and their family.
• Consider age-specific and cultural aspects in developing care plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Current and valid nursing license.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• No weekend requirement.
• Holiday and on-call requirements as needed, on a rotating basis.
