Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical team. This full-time position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work night shifts with weekend rotations and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Current active and clean RN License in the State of Illinois.
• Associate degree in nursing; commitment to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
