ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients in critical condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Artic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers.
• Float to other units as needed, including Stepdown, Med Surg with modified assignment, and Behavioral Health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience is required, with preference given to candidates with cardiovascular ICU experience.
• Current RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• Up-to-date resume that highlights relevant clinical skills and experiences.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
• Ability to float to multiple locations within the region when necessary.

Schedule

This position involves night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, every other week. Coverage is needed through January 9th.

Location

Candidate may be required to float to multiple locations within the region, including facilities in Concord and Franklin, NH.
