Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Support patients in therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes using WebPT.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members regarding treatment and progress.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Texas License as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar outpatient setting is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Vaccination requirements include Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu.

Additional Information

• Scrubs: Any solid color.
• No facial piercings or tongue rings permitted while on duty.
• Relocation bonus up to $3,000 available for qualified candidates.
