Shift: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary and will include a Saturday schedule.

Job Description:

Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist located at our Valley View Carbondale Clinic. Due to an increase in volume, we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff numbers to accommodate. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function. You will also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
