Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations, implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs of each patient.

General Duties

• Assess and document patients’ capabilities and limitations following professional practice guidelines.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to ensure optimal follow-through of care.
• Exhibit adaptability in assignments concerning caseload, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure quality, safe patient care.
• Participate in department operational activities and required meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with the option to work five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts during the day. Weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements may apply as needed.
