Physical Therapist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a nursing home position. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, assistive devices, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is mandatory.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
