Physical Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position primarily involves outpatient care, with some responsibilities in inpatient settings, as well as occasional involvement in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and home health services.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 8 Hour Days, Monday to Friday
• Alternatives: Options for 4-10 hour shifts are available
• Guaranteed Hours: 38 to 40 hours per week
• Weekend Rotation: Every 6-7 weeks
• Holiday Rotation: Rarely required

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with diverse physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one year of hire.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a health-related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
