Job Description:
Physical Therapist needed for acute care rehab services at a facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position requires rotational shifts, flexibility, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Perform neuro re-education, gait training, balance, and wheelchair training.
- Conduct cognitive re-education, vestibular training, and energy conservation techniques.
- Handle BUE/BLE ROM and strengthening, orthotic use and fit, and home safety and family training.
Requirements:
- BLS, Utah PT license
- MPT, DPT degree from an accredited PT program
- Experience with neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses
- Proficiency with mobility devices and lift systems
- Good documentation, communication, and time management skills
