Job Description:

Must be willing to see PEDS patients and collaborate with our local school 2 half days/week to see early childhood kids. Be willing to work in the school district setting during the school year 2 half days per week. Be open to the possibility of job sharing with a nearby facility. Be willing to provide community education. Be part of leadership, attending meetings once per month and leadership TEAMs huddles M-F at 0900 to represent Therapy Department. Must still see patients, including Skilled inpatients in collaboration with PT and ST.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Overtime and scheduling
• Work collaboratively with PT and ST
• Participate in leadership meetings and huddles
• Provide community education
• Collaborate with local schools to see early childhood kids
• Possibility of job sharing with a nearby facility

Requirements:

• Good communicator, team player, professional, positive
• Familiar with Cerner EMR
• Able to look for opportunities to optimize therapy scheduling
