Job Description:

Occupational Therapist in a home-based care setting covering various geographical regions. The role involves working with orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injury patients. A candidate must have experience with the Oasis form and a minimum of one year in PT/OT/Sp. Home setting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home-based occupational therapy to patients.
• Complete Oasis forms as required.
• Collaborate with rehab aides and other therapy staff.
• Flexible scheduling with the requirement to work every 3rd weekend and potentially on minor holidays.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Experience with Oasis form
• Minimum one year of experience in PT/OT/Sp
