Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: 8H Days 7:00-3:30pm M-F Call will be 1 day/week and every 5th weekend

Contract Length: 91 weeks

Job Description:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a certified physician, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients while maintaining compliance with department policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment.
• Maintain radiation safety and monitor equipment performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and images.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate
• DOT Certification preferred at original contract, required at extension
• Driver’s license required to verify compliance with 50-mile radius rule
