Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid New Hampshire license and demonstrate proficiency in nuclear medicine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform imaging tests according to established protocols.
• Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment, including Siemens Symbia T6 cameras.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Analyze images for diagnostic purposes and collaborate with physicians on findings.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in the handling of radioactive materials.

Qualifications

• Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) credential preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Cerner experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
