Polysomnographer (Sleep Tech)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Polysomnographer to join our team. This position involves conducting sleep studies and monitoring patients during their sleep to assist in diagnosing sleep disorders.

Shift Details

  • Shift Type: Nights
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend per month (preferred)
  • Holiday Requirements: None
  • On-Call Requirements: None

Unit Information

  • Years of Experience Required: 1 year
  • Equipment/Technology Used: Nihon Kohden, Sphinx, ResMed TxLink 2
  • Orientation: 1-2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation

Qualifications

  • Required Certifications:
    • BLS (AHA)
    • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT
