Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Lab Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing accurate laboratory results to assist in patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of test results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices while handling specimens.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 40 hours per week, working four nights from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and includes every third weekend.
