Job Details

This position is for a Medical Laboratory Technician specializing in Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Gram Stains. The job requires a commitment to providing accurate laboratory services essential for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Schedule

• Days: 7 AM – 7 PM
• Preferred Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Block Scheduling Available

Responsibilities

The role involves performing a range of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining equipment and inventory standards. Technicians will be expected to work specifically with:

• Sysmex XN-1000
• Siemens CA-660
• Siemens Dimension EXL
• Ortho Manual Gel
• Sofia2

Qualifications

• Preferred certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP/AMT)
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience

Work Attire

Dress code includes red scrubs with black bottoms.

Technology Used

The position requires familiarity with EMR systems, specifically MEDHOST and AS-400.

Location

Position available in the vicinity of a facility located in the area of Dallas, TX.
