Job Description

The Medical Lab Scientist will perform laboratory tests, analyze results, and report findings to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

General Duties

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Lab Scientist experience.
• Associate degree or relevant military training eligible for ASCP or NCA certification.
• Eligibility for ASCP, NCA AMT, or equivalent certification (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
