Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our team in a day shift position. The role will consist of four consecutive 10-hour shifts, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to providing high-quality laboratory services.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, or Allied Health Technologies, or equivalent: Required
• Five years of clinical laboratory experience: Preferred
• Two years of leadership experience: Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the state of employment: Required
• Current certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA): Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist
• Experience using EPIC software
• Experience as a Senior CLS or Lead CLS
