Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong benchwork experience and serve as a generalist in clinical laboratory settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to assist with patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and provide insights.

Shift Information

Day shifts are available in the following formats:

• Five 8-hour shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Three 12-hour shifts

Holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems; Harvest experience is preferred.
• TB clearance obtained within the past 12 months.
