Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide pharmaceutical care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and medication therapy management.
• Educate patients on medication use and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all medications dispensed.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical advancements and standard practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

This position involves evening shifts with start times at 11 AM and 2:30 PM. Each shift is 8 hours long, with a guaranteed total of 40 hours per week.
