Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set

• Experience with complex patients including Trauma, Burn, Critical care, Pediatrics, Cardiac surgery, and ECMO
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis
• Proficient in Meditech and Vigilanz

Must Have

• Hospital experience of over 2 years

Advanced Skills Required

• Vancomycin AUC dosing
• Aminoglycoside dosing
• Renal dosing
• Warfarin and enoxaparin management
• Electrolyte protocols
• Heparin and DOAC management

Responsibilities

• IV verification
• Medication verification
• IV compounding as needed

Certifications

• Virginia State Pharmacist license required

Dress Code

Scrubs – Silver/purple preferred
