Retail Pharmacist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist for our outpatient retail pharmacy. This position focuses exclusively on retail pharmacy operations, with no inpatient hospital pharmacy responsibilities.
Schedule / Shift
- Variable day shifts, including weekday and weekend coverage
- Weekday shifts: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM or 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, with lunch breaks
- Saturday/Sunday shifts: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM–1 PM
Pharmacy Details
- Average prescription volume: Approximately 115 prescriptions per day
- Highest reported daily volume: Just over 240 prescriptions
- Pharmacy technicians available for support most weekdays
- 340B-covered retail pharmacy
- Pharmacy management system: Liberty
- Vaccinations offered onsite
Preferred Experience
- Retail/community pharmacy experience
- Experience with 340B pharmacy operations preferred
- Familiarity with Liberty pharmacy software preferred
- Experience administering vaccinations preferred
Licensing
Active Oregon Pharmacist license is required prior to starting the position.
