Pharmacist needed for overnight shift in inpatient pharmacy on the 2nd floor. The role involves order verification, medication final verification, clinical dosing per guidelines, and documentation in Vigilanz software.
Responsibilities:
- Order verification and medication final verification
- Performs clinical dosing per established guidelines and documents clinical tasks in Vigilanz software
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months acute care hospital Pharmacist experience
- Colorado pharmacist license
- ACLS & BLS (Preferred)
- Residency PGY1 (Preferred)
- Inpatient pharmacy experience (Preferred)
