Pharmacist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient pharmacy and possess the necessary licensure and certifications. This role includes a variable work schedule with primarily night shifts and occasional day shifts.

Schedule

• Variable shifts: 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Mostly Night shifts: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Occasional Day shifts: 10:15 AM to 8:45 PM
• Rotating schedule: Generally 8 days on, 6 days off, including weekends
• Expected coverage on Christmas Eve and Day

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy: Required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
• Minimum one year of inpatient pharmacy experience: Required
• EPIC experience: Required
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All necessary licensures and certifications required to perform pharmacist duties at the state level: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
