Pathologists Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pathologists Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex histology processing and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex histology processing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with pathologists to facilitate accurate diagnostic outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of tissue samples.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the laboratory.

Qualifications

• Master of Science from an NAACLS accredited Pathologists’ Assistant training program or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in histology processing is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of broad experience as a Pathologists Assistant is preferred for those who are job-trained.

Schedule

This position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
