Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for Trauma ICU (TICU) to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families, utilizing equipment such as ventilators, EVDs, and CRRT, and documenting in the Meditech system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care within a 20-bed Trauma ICU, adhering to patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 based on acuity.
• Self-scheduling with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule and potential for floating to med/surg as needed.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with ICU experience.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Trauma experience preferred.
• Competence in performing procedures such as central line and arterial line insertions, lumbar punctures, and more.
