Job Description:

This RN position in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) involves managing surgical care and assisting in cardiovascular procedures. The role requires rotations on call and working within a dynamic surgical team. Familiarity with Cerner and Surginet systems is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care during CVOR procedures.
• Maintain adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Collaborate with the surgical team for efficient workflow.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend work as required.

Requirements:

• Current RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in CVOR or similar acute care settings.
• Ability to adapt to float within the OR to other specialties.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems such as Cerner.
