Job Description:

The role involves providing nursing care in the Telemetry unit for patients requiring close monitoring. Candidates will be expected to float across all Med/Surg and Telemetry units within the Northwest facility as part of the Resource Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care tailored to the telemetry patient population.
• Float between designated inpatient units as required by the Resource Team model.

Requirements:

• EPIC Charting experience.
• 2+ years of strong Med/Surg or Telemetry experience.
• IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications.
• Familiarity with working in a resource pool or float environment is preferred.
