Job Description:

This position is for a Registered Nurse on the Med-Surg Cardiac Medical Unit focusing on telemetry monitoring and cardiac medical patient care. The nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to cardiac patients including those with stable myocardial infarction, acute and chronic heart failure, and other cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medication loads and manage cardiac drips.
• Provide care to procedural patients such as cardiac catheterizations and ablations.

Requirements:

• Cardiac Telemetry knowledge.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience with cardiac medical care and telemetry.
