Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for Telemetry unit with responsibilities including patient observation, medication administration, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care in a floating resource pool environment.

Responsibilities:

• Floating across multiple inpatient units within Northwest, providing coverage in MS/TEL units.
• Ensuring safe and efficient patient care while adapting to different unit operations and policies.

Requirements:

• EPIC Charting experience and 2+ years strong Med/Surg experience. Telemetry background preferred.
• IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.
• Prior experience in a resource pool or float environment is strongly preferred.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and as needed on holidays.
