Job Description:

Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in the telemetry unit, monitoring their heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs including heart rate and blood pressure.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of nursing experience, pulmonary experience preferred but not required.
• Valid IL License, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
