Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients in a 20-bed cardiac observation unit. The role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients’ cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Document patient care and condition in electronic medical records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Current RN license and BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Ability to float to equal or lesser acuity units.
• Must work every other weekend and some holidays.
