Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a telemetry unit, responsible for providing care to cardiac MedSurg patients, including heart failure and post-procedure cases. Must be flexible to float as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in the telemetry unit
  • Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and EKG rhythms
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Requirements:

  • Active IL RN license
  • ACLS/BLS certification
  • Cardiac experience
  • EKG test score of 80% or higher
