Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry for our Neuro Tele unit. The role requires Level 1 Trauma experience and proficiency in titrating drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Insulin. Candidates must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance and a SIMs Lab skills test upon starting.

Responsibilities:

• Providing care for patients with common diagnoses such as trached patients, CVA, TBI, and spinal surgery.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records using Cerner EMR.
• Participating in bedside reporting and ensuring effective communication with team members.
• Interpreting EKG and central monitoring telemetry.

Requirements:

• Active RN license and ability to float to MS/Tele floors.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with neuro experience highly preferred.
• Must have natural hair color, no facial piercings, and men must be clean-shaven for fit test.
