Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position requires experience in recovering post-cath patients, managing amiodarone and Cardizem drips, and providing care for stroke patients. The Telemetry Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient vital signs and providing care in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • ACLS certification.
  • Experience recovering post-cath patients (no sheath removal).
  • Experience with pacemaker placements, stroke patients, amiodarone drips, and Cardizem drips.
• Preferred Skills:
  • NIH certification.

Weekend Commitment
