Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with the ability to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units, including Medical-Surgical (MS) and Telemetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
• Utilize Epic software for patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to any changes in health status.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Work Schedule

This position offers day shifts with an expected commitment of 36-48 hours per week.
