Job Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering care to patients in the Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac and other vital signs, and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs, especially cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to adjust patient care plans as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required.
• Must hold RN license; BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• BSN preferred.
