Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule

Job Description:

The RN in the Tele Float Pool is responsible for providing patient care across multiple units, including General MS-Tele and various specialties such as Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, and more. The position requires flexibility to float within designated zones in Colorado Springs, CO, and between different facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with nursing standards and protocols.
• Float to assigned facilities within Zone 1 based on need.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and charting in EPIC system.
• Participate in orientation and competency training as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years MS-Tele experience; neuro experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to handle drips such as Heparin.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be willing to float within the specified zone and facilities.
